Objective
To study the feasible development scenario(s) for the construction and operation of marina at the expansion area of Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter, and firm up the development parameters and requirements for the marina, for undertaking various technical assessments and the necessary statutory procedures, with the target of land tender by the first half of 2027 or earlier.
